Your LOGIN is your account code.  If you have a recent invoice or statement from the company the Account code apppears on top right section of the form.

HOW DO I SEE THE PRICING ON THE WEBSITE 

You will need to LOGIN to The Russell Collection website, with your account code and password to access pricing on the items.

 DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST.

 Pricing shown on the web site is less trade discount and exclusive of GST and freight. When the order is picked and packed these charges, freight and GST will be added to the total invoice amount.

 HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

Option 1 - For those familiar with the products and just wishing to enter item codes and quantities required,' select "Quick Order" from the "Your Account" page.;  the "Your Account" page can be found under "Account Options" top right on all screens.   Enter the codes and quantities - being careful to leave spaces as they appear in our catalogue and price list.  Enter all items and quantities, scroll to the bottom of the page, add to cart, submit, now you are at the checkout, enter all mandatory fields any special instructions include in the delivery address, then select submit.

Option 2 - for those not familiar with the items and wanting to view and select products and add to the shopping cart, select "Products" option from the top tool bar, the product categories will then appear on left margin and you select one and follow the descriptions through to the items required. click add to cart button and the 

HOW CAN I OPEN A TRADING ACCOUNT WITH YOU  

Select apply for a "Trade Account" on top RIGHT of home page and complete the contact details so that we can forward an account application for you to complete and sign and then return to us for processing.

 Our showroom is open to all retailers Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm at 104 Adderley Street West, AUBURN  NSW 2144.

 HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.  

Not all products displayed on our website are in stock.  Where quantities are low or currently not available a message appears next to availability requesting you contact our office for more information.   We will provide you with information on stock arrival dates, please remember that these dates should be used as estimates only as they are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR FREIGHT.  

 We have negotiated very competitive freight rates from our carrier DIRECT FREIGHT, the benefits of which are passed on to our customers.  We charge a flat rate per invoice regardless of order size, an our charges excluding GST are as follows.

Sydney Metro $20.00

NSW Country, Victoria, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide $32.00

Qld Country, SA Country, Western Australia, Tasmania $39.50

Northern Territory $40.00

Off shore orders, FOB Sydney  $20.00

 GST will apply to all freight and insurance charges.

 Urgent deliveries can be arranged by courier or air freight at the customer's expense.  We avoid postage of orders, but if necessary will do so. Goods must fit in Australia Post Satchels only.  

 Standard Parcel Post - 500g  $9.80    3 Kilos $16.00 

Express Post Satchel  - 500g $15.00   3 Kilos $20.00

WHAT ARE YOUR BANKING DETAILS AND DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS

  WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING AND DISCOUNT TERMS 

 Conditions:  Goods are sold on an ex-warehouse basis.  We will arrange freight and insurance on our customers behalf, or a customer may collect the goods, or make their own delivery arrangements.  Title to the goods shall not pass until the purchase price is paid in full.

 Trade Discounts:  Our computer is set to deduct a trade discount from our wholesale price.  The prices shown on our website have already had your trade discount deducted.  This discount is reviewed annually according to volume of purchases.

 Carton Discounts:  For quantity purchases of items additional discount does apply but this is calculated at the time of invoicing, rather than at the order entry stage.  If you have queries in relation to a carton quantity discount please contact our office.

 Settlement Terms:  If you pay within 14 days of the invoice date, please deduct 4%, within 21 days of statement , please deduct 1.5%.

 All accounts must be finalised within 30 days of statement.  No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts until such time the account is brought up to date.   Should an account exceed 90 Days, interest will be charged at 1.5% per month. 

 WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS

Returns and Faulty Stock: Must be advised within 30 days and only items featured in our current catalogue and pricelist will be credited.  

Where small amounts are concerned please mark-down any damaged items and advise us of the percentage so that we can credit you with the same percentage of wholesale, thereby maintaining your margin.  This saves time and the cost of sending small parcels.

Please contact the office or your agent if you have returns and we will then arrange for the agent or Direct Freight to collect.

 When stock is returned, the packaging must be in perfect condition so that it can be used as it is; - clean, internal wrapping, boxes as new, and no price stickers.
